But as gaming begins to mirror the world around us, it’s becoming more vital than ever to ensure that players are able to choose who they are and to feel like they are reflected in the game. That’s why it’s important that many games are introducing the option of romance and storylines for gay, lesbian, transgender or non-binary characters.
